Normal path can't get it there in time?
Start with the exact part.
If a PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drive, I/O module or other automation component has failed and the normal OEM, distributor or repair path cannot meet the recovery window, send the exact part, the failed path and the clock you are working against.
This is for active failed-path recovery, not routine catalog shopping. If one credible supplier already has the correct part and can meet the deadline, use that route. Golden Relay is useful when the normal path has broken and the decision has become replace vs. repair vs. verified surplus vs. another qualified route under a live production clock.
Recovery is a routing decision, not another RFQ.
One reseller with a stock claim is not the answer by itself. The fastest credible route may be new stock, tested surplus, refurbished stock, repair of the failed unit, or a qualified replacement path. Condition, warranty, lead time and buyer acceptance have to stay visible together. The point is to compare the real options against the production clock without turning an urgent exception into an open-ended modernization project.

Part number, series/revision, quantity, nameplate/photo, ship-to location and required recovery window.
Confirm the failed normal path
Capture OEM / distributor availability, quoted lead time, backorder or end-of-life status before looking for an alternate route.
Compare viable recovery paths
Availability, condition, warranty, lead time, logistics and documentation stay visible so your qualified team can decide.
